Here are some policy guidelines to note before placing your order:
Many of our products are artisan crafted. Given their handmade and hand-finished nature, variations are to be expected and celebrated. Each item is unique and no two are exactly alike. Images on our websites and items shown in our galleries may vary from your actual piece.
We make every effort to display the most current and accurate product availability information. We will notify you via email in the event that a product's availability date changes.
Pricing & Information Disclaimer
Our goal is to provide accuracy in all prices, delivery rates and other information. All prices online are in U.S. dollars and are subject to any applicable taxes according to state and local laws. Availability, prices and delivery rates are subject to change. There may be errors in the prices, descriptions or images of certain merchandise, and we reserve the right to restrict orders of those items and correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions.
It is your responsibility to ensure that all ship-to address information is correct. If a change of address is requested after the order has shipped the customer will be required to pay any fees incurred for the rerouting of the shipment. Please note, at this time we are only able to process online orders for those people living in; Arizona, California, Florida, Nevada and Texas. Preparing For Furniture Delivery
The customer is responsible for ensuring that all furniture items will fit through any access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators and around corners into the desired location. Many of the items are fully assembled therefore it is important to measure your home’s spaces to ensure the items will fit at the time of delivery. If the delivery agent is not able to deliver the items due to the insufficient space to access points and the shipment is forced to be rerouted back to the warehouse. The customer will be required to pay any return freight charges incurred. The freight charges will be deducted from the return amount. The return amount will be issued once the item is received at the warehouse and inspected during delivery. If the item is returned damage the customer will also incur any repair fees. If the item is received beyond repair no refund will be issued.
Delivery Of Furniture
All orders are shipped white glove in-home delivery meaning the item will be delivered to the residence and assembled in desired room. It is the customer’s responsibility to conduct a thorough inspection of all items during delivery and annotate any damage of the piece as minor as the damage may appear on the receiving bill. If an item arrives badly damaged the customer is advised to reject the shipment, take pictures of the damaged item, and contact us immediately via email: firstname.lastname@example.org or telephone: (714) 901-3698. If the item is delivered with minor damage and the item was accepted by the customer, the customer must contact us immediately via email: email@example.com or telephone: (714) 901-3698 in order for us to assist in having the item repaired or replaced. All items are pre-inspected for any damage or defects at the warehouse prior to shipping and all orders are fully insured for any freight damage during transit therefore it is very critical to inspect your piece upon delivery and note ANY DAMAGE OR IRREGULARITIES on your delivery paperwork. It will be very difficult to get any repairs or replacement done after delivery if damages are not noted. We will assist the customer in filing a claim with the freight company.
