Return & Cancellation Policy
If you're not satisfied with an item that you purchased you can initiate a return within 15 days after delivery for a refund, as long as the item is in its original condition and packaging. Items that have been used or modified in any way may not be returned.

You will be responsible for the return shipping costs except in instances where the item arrived damaged or defective. Refunds will not be issued for items damaged in return transit or for returns that are never received.
Damaged and Defective Items
In the unlikely event that an item you ordered arrives damaged or is defective, you may return the item for a replacement or a full refund, as long as you report the issue during delivery or shipment is refused. Pictures of the damage will be required. It is the customer’s responsibility to conduct a thorough inspection of all items during delivery and annotate any damage of the piece as minor as the damage may appear on the receiving bill. If an item arrives badly damaged the customer is advised to reject the shipment, take pictures of the damaged item, and contact us via email: firstname.lastname@example.org or telephone: (714) 901-3698. If the item is delivered with minor damage and the item was accepted by the customer, the customer must contact us immediately via email:email@example.com or telephone: (714) 901-3698 in order for us to assist in having the item repaired or replaced. All items are pre-inspected for any damage or defects at the warehouse prior to shipping and all orders are fully insured for any freight damage during transit therefore it is very critical to inspect your piece upon delivery and note ANY DAMAGE OR IRREGULARITIES on your delivery paperwork. It will be very difficult to get any repairs or replacement done after delivery if damages are not noted. We will assist the customer in filing a claim with the freight company.
If you choose to get a refund for an eligible returned, damaged or defective item (as specified above), you'll be refunded the purchase price and applicable sales tax. For items that were not damaged or defective, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs, the shipping costs will be deducted from the amount of the refund due to you. Refunds will be issued back to the original credit card used for payment once the item is received at the warehouse and inspected for any damage. If the customer decides to cancel an order they must notify us immediately via email: email@example.com or telephone: (714) 901-3698. If the order is cancelled after it has shipped the customer will be required to pay any return freight charges. The return freight fees will be deducted from the return amount. It is critical for the customer to contact us immediately if they wish to cancel the order before it ships so that they don’t incur any charges. Please note that we cannot guarantee that your order can be canceled after the order has shipped.
